If you’re ready to fall into healthy habits, then dedicating a weekend to tidy up your space is a must.

You can do this as a part of a Sunday reset or monthly reset routine, or simply brainstorm your goal ideas as they come to mind.

My advice is to create a morning and evening routine for the fall, so that you’re taking into account your to-dos and priorities.

Our professional lives can get so hectic with looming deadlines and demanding bosses, that we forget to carve out time for what is ultimately most important: ourselves!
